“You’ve been able to embed an Instagram photo or Instagram video into a website for many years now…This extends on that idea and allows you to embed a miniature version of your Instagram profile on a website. Maybe you want to showcase your Instagram content on a website somewhere or link to someone else’s,” Mosseri explained. “Profile Embed” will definitely add value to creators’ and especially artists’ media presence.
Additional features have been launched earlier this week. Instagram users can now reply to comments on posts with Reels with a feature called “Reels Visual Replies” feature. In the Reels, users can now see the button to create a video reply that will appear as a sticker. This feature, which is similar to what TikTok offered a while ago and has been incredibly popular, is great for artists to offer a more in-depth look into their content through additional video replies.
